Boat has to be hired for a minimum of 2 hours

Initial Deposit: 50% of the charter fee which confirms booking

Remaining 50% of the charter fee and payment for any add-on options due 2 days before the cruising date

Reporting time 30 min prior to the departure time of the boat

All guests on board need to carry photo Id proof

Food & beverages and personal expenses are not included in the price

All charters are subject to weather and prevailing security conditions on the day of charter

The management reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit to travel or who in the opinion of the management may constitute a risk to the persons on board

In case of delay on return Charterer has to pay the prorated charter fee applicable

Knives/scissors/sharp instruments/tools/ heavy baggage/firearms and ammunition including toy replicas are prohibited in the passenger’s cabin

The management is not liable for any loss or damage

It is mandatory for all guests to wear a mask

GST as applicable

All health & safety guidelines as directed by the Govt. of Goa on preventive measures to contain spread of COVID-19 will be strictly followed

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
